We are seeking a Management Consultant to support strategic planning, performance management, KPI/KRI development, and project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate organizational objectives into measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Support strategic planning and performance management initiatives.
Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and KRIs.
Support project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action plans.
Analyze organizational and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and organizational performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, performance management, or project management.
Practical experience in KPI/KRI development and performance reporting.
Good understanding of strategic planning and project management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
