Job Description
We have Job opening for a responsible Office Staff to perform various administrative and clerical tasks.
Details of Duties & requirements are mentioned below:-
Maintaining files and dealing with other admin support tasks,
Keeping an inventory of existing & ordering new ones as required,
Maintain office paper work and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times
Update client records and ensure are up to date
Preparing Quotations, Invoices, Account Statements for Clients.
Follow-up to Suppliers & Customers on Daily Basis.
Requirements:-
Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Ability to work independently
Excellent time management skills
Self-organization
Customer service
Paying attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
