A reputable company in Dubai Marina, Dubai, is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and support the smooth functioning of the facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, with strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Diagnose equipment issues and carry out necessary repairs efficiently.

Monitor and inspect building systems to ensure operational safety.

Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and work orders.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for repair and service work.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Support energy efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Skills:

Technical knowledge of MEP systems and facility maintenance.

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

A diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Previous experience in facilities management or hotel maintenance is an advantage.

Salary Package:
AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience) + Accommodation and company benefits
