Job Description
We’re looking for a driven customer sales/operations individual who has experience and a strong entrepreneurial drive to handle the responsibilities of this position, which involve generating new business and surpassing sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
Meeting the monthly sales targets
Grow revenue and relationships with the customer base.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
Providing quotations to customers and generate routings
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers– including follow up on concerns or other issues.
Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.
Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Secondary:
Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.
Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.
Document issues with orders thoroughly.
Track/trace shipments when requested.

Customs Clearance
Documentations
Generate and process all necessary documents related to shipment for import/export, BOE/BL/AIR WAYBILL, Etc.
Ensuring smooth delivery through coordination with truck drivers.
Within 4-6 months of joining the company, you must reach a sales target
Experience:
1-2 years of Dubai experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word,PPT).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
