Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods and materials within the company. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while optimizing cost and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate transportation and delivery of goods.
Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline supply chain processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (ERP systems preferred).
Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and customs procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
