Job Description
A reputable company in Al Quoz, Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Assistant to manage inventory accuracy, stock movements, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching materials efficiently.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to manage stock levels.
Prepare inventory reports and update management on stock status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
Salary Package:
AED 3,800 – 4,500 per month (depending on experience) + Company benefits
