Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and knowledgeable In-House Sales Consultant to join sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and effectively selling our ERP solutions to organizations seeking to improve their operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP software, sales skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to the clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP Software Sales:
o Sell ERP software solutions to prospective clients across various industries.
o Identify and target key decision-makers in organizations looking to implement or upgrade their ERP systems.
o Present and demonstrate the ERP software’s features and benefits to potential clients, addressing their specific business needs.
o Customize sales pitches to match the unique requirements of each client and industry.
2. Lead Generation & Qualification:
o Generate leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
o Qualify leads to ensure they meet the target criteria for ERP software solutions.
o Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP modules.
3. Consultative Sales Approach:
o Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and offering tailored ERP solutions.
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on how ERP software can streamline their operations.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product demonstrations and solution alignments with client needs.
4. Product Knowledge & Training:
o Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s ERP software, staying updated on new features, functionalities, and industry best practices.
o Provide clients with comprehensive product information, technical specifications, and case studies.
o Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth handovers for product deployment and customization.
5. Sales Negotiation & Closing:
o Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
o Close sales deals and drive new business revenue.
o Follow up on proposals and contract discussions to ensure the timely closure of deals.
6. Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
o Regularly update CRM with client information, interactions, and sales progress.
o Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.
o Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
7. Post-Sales Support:
o Work with the post-sales team to ensure clients are satisfied with the ERP software solution after implementation.
o Identify opportunities for upselling additional ERP modules or services.
