Human Resource Specialist
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and onboarding.
* In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa, and work permit procedures.
* Proficient in HR software and recruitment platforms/process.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi certification is an advantage.
* Strong personality with excellent decision-making and people management skills.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and involvement in quality system implementation.
