Job Description
Responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across civil and MEP construction sites
Implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety among workers and subcontractors
Evaluate risks associated with civil and MEP activities (e.g., working at heights, electrical installations, confined spaces)
Ensure adherence to local and international HSE regulations.Â
Develop and enforce site-specific HSE policies and procedures
Organize safety induction programs for new workers
Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
Prepare detailed incident reports and root cause analyses
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and safety meetings
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports
