We are looking for a qualified and proactive Safety Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement and monitor site health and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
Prepare, submit, and maintain safety-related documentation through regulatory portals, including DDA, Dubai Municipality (DM), and Trakhees.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and training.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on HSE matters.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and site personnel.
Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe working practices.
Stay updated on changes to UAE HSE regulations and applicable authority requirements.
Prepare regular HSE reports and communicate safety observations and recommendations to management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory.
Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in construction/development projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Experience with safety documentation and regulatory submissions through DDA, Dubai Municipality (DM), and Trakhees portals.
Good understanding of risk assessment, site inspections, incident reporting, and HSE procedures. Immediate Joiner are preferred.
