Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently.
