About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced HORECA Manager to lead our foodservice sales channel. This role focuses on building and expanding relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutional clients. The HORECA Manager will play a key role in driving growth, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring strong brand presence in the foodservice sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a strategic HORECA sales plan to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the HORECA customer base.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, credit terms, and promotional activities with key accounts.
• Manage, mentor, and support the HORECA sales team to deliver business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to develop channel-specific promotions, activations, and product launches.
• Monitor customer performance, conduct business reviews, and ensure best-in-class service delivery.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the foodservice sector.
• Ensure operational excellence by coordinating with supply chain, logistics, and finance for smooth execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in HORECA channel management.
• Strong network and established relationships within the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, catering, cafés).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
