Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Services Salon Manager to oversee and grow our mobile salon service operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer experiences, maintaining high service standards, and managing a team of beauty professionals to deliver premium salon services at customers’ homes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:
Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the home services salon team to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor schedules, manage bookings, and ensure resource allocation aligns with customer demand.
Implement and maintain operational processes to optimize service efficiency and quality.

2. Team Leadership:
Recruit, onboard, and train beauty professionals, including hairstylists, makeup artists, and other specialists, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for professional growth.
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.

3. Customer Experience:
Ensure customers receive exceptional, personalized services by maintaining high service standards.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, aiming for first-call resolution and satisfaction.
Develop strategies to improve the customer journey, from booking to post-service follow-up.

4. Business Development and Strategy:
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new services or promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns to drive bookings and customer retention.
Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers in line with business objectives.

5. Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits to ensure tools, equipment, and products meet health and safety standards.
Monitor adherence to protocols and policies by the salon team, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Maintain inventory control for products and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and cost efficiency.

6. Technology Integration:
Utilize digital platforms for scheduling, customer management, and performance tracking.
Work with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the booking and payment experience for clients.

7. Financial Management:
Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance metrics.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Prepare regular reports on revenue, expenses, and overall operational performance.
