We are looking for KNX Home Automation Engineer with Business Development Expertise

Technical Responsibilities:
Design, program, and implement KNX-based smart home automation solutions for luxury residences and commercial spaces.
Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for automation projects.
Supervise the installation and implementation of automation systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Conduct testing and commissioning of installed systems to verify functionality and performance.
Manage maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal system operation.
Business Development Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the home automation sector.
Generate and nurture leads to expand the client base.
Review Requests for Proposals (RfPs), define project requirements, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
Develop and submit comprehensive technical proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to customize automation solutions based on project requirements.
Stay up-to-date with home automation trends, smart technologies, and IoT innovations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
Attested engineering certificate, as per UAE requirements.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in KNX home automation engineering and system integration in Dubai.
Proficiency in preparing technical drawings and documentation.
Experience in supervising the implementation and testing of automation systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting control, and HVAC automation.
Proven experience in business development within the home automation industry, including lead generation, RfP review, BoQ preparation, and proposal submission.
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
