Job Description
A reputable company in Al Quoz, Dubai, is looking for a Guest Relations Officer to manage guest interactions, ensure excellent customer service, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assist visitors with inquiries, appointments, and directions.
Maintain a professional reception area and ensure proper guest flow.
Handle complaints, feedback, and service requests in a prompt and polite manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain visitor logs and manage access control procedures.
Provide information about services, facilities, and company offerings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Support administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred).
