Job Description

An established aviation services company is seeking customer-focused and service-oriented Ground Staff to support passenger services and daily ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures.

Provide information and respond to passenger inquiries.

Verify travel documents in accordance with applicable procedures.

Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth operations.

Assist passengers professionally and handle service-related concerns.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.

Good English communication and customer service skills.

Professional attitude and presentable appearance.

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Previous customer service or aviation experience is an advantage.
