Job Purpose:
To assist in the day-to-day operations of the plastic manufacturing plant by supporting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring efficient production workflow.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators during production, especially with extrusion, cutting, sealing, or printing machines.

Load and unload raw materials (e.g., plastic pellets or biodegradable compounds) into machines.

Collect, stack, and pack finished plastic products (such as bags, rolls, or containers).

Perform basic quality checks and report defective items to supervisors.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area and around machinery.

Help with labeling, sealing, and packaging of products as required.

Support routine machine cleaning and maintenance activities.

Follow instructions from the supervisors and line leaders for smooth factory operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.

🧰 Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum education: High school or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory)

Physical fitness – able to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights

Basic understanding of factory safety and cleanliness

Previous experience in a plastic manufacturing unit is an advantage

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

⏰ Work Conditions:
9 hour shifts + overtime (depending on company)

Factory/industrial environment with noise and machinery

Rotational shifts may apply (day/night)
