Job Description
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a General Accountant for our Ras Al Khaimah Branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Daily bookkeeping of invoices, expenses, and payments.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist in managing the inflow and outflow of cash.
Bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation.
Document and maintain records of bills, payments, invoices, etc.
Play a pivotal role in the monthly closing of financial statements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience as an accountant, minimum of 5 years in UAE .
Proficient knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient knowledge of VAT filing regulations in the region.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and ability to work efficiently.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
Immediate availability is preferred.
