Job Description
Manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other documents.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
Handle procurement and supply chain
Assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping.
Support management with administrative projects and office housekeeping
Requirements
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or accountancy/procurement role.
Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with office management software or ERP systems.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and document control.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
