Job Description
TransBridge Translation is seeking a well-organized and proactive *Front Desk Receptionist* to be the first point of contact for visitors, support the sales team in daily lead generation coordination, and ensure smooth office operations.

### 🎯 *Key Responsibilities:*
* Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
* Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments
* Manage daily lead generation tasks in coordination with the sales team
* Receive company lists from sales and extract valid contact data (name, email, phone, job title)
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead sheet for daily follow-up
* Handle and respond to basic client inquiries or redirect them appropriately
* Coordinate appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings
* Perform general office support and administrative tasks as needed

### 🛠 *Requirements:*
* 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or admin role (experience in sales support is a plus)
* Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
* Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented
* Friendly and confident with the ability to multitask
