Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise workers, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate workers on site.
Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress.
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and management.
Check materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain site discipline and productivity.
Report daily progress and site issues.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor.
Good knowledge of site operations and safety procedures.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines.
Relevant technical qualification or certification is an advantage.
UAE experience is preferred.
