We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our established AC company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have solid financial management experience within the air conditioning and sandwich panel manufacturing field and a thorough understanding of UAE accounting standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning.

Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with UAE regulations.

Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Support management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5–8 years of UAE experience in finance or accounting roles.

Experience in HVAC and Sandwich Panel industry is essential.

Strong knowledge of VAT, IFRS, and UAE financial regulations.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage.
