Job title: Office Administrator

Company: CAMSTAR GENERAL TRADING LLC

Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai – UAE

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00AM to 1:00PM

 

Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive office administrator female candidate to help us manage the daily operations of our office environment. In this role, you’ll serve as coordinating administrative activities, streamlining workflows, and creating an inviting, efficient workspace. Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring seamless in-person and remote workflows.
  • Organize schedules, team meetings, and events, both in-office and virtually.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records, including invoices, contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, handling phone calls and emails)
  • Monitor the daily email and prepare quotations for the sales team.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or related roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office and p
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster collaboration in a hybrid environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on inclusivity and creating a positive team culture.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2years of UAE experience

 

Salary: AED 4000 – 4500, based on experience and qualifications.
