Job Description
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY FOR SHEIKH’S FAMILY
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ticketing, flight bookings, and maximizing the use of airline miles and loyalty points to optimize travel costs and benefits.
* Proven experience in ticketing and travel management, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or families.
* Strong knowledge of frequent flyer programs, airline miles redemption strategies, and travel perks.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive family matters.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency with travel booking systems and office software.
* Flexibility to work around the family’s schedule.
* Valid UAE driving license is a must.
* Salary range will be between AED 5000 – AED 6000 per month and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
