Job Description

A Civil Estimation Engineer prepares detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for construction projects. They analyze blueprints, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. Key roles include negotiating with suppliers, identifying risk factors, and ensuring competitive, profitable bids.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Should have a minimum 4 years fitout experience.
• Civil Engineering or related Degree.
• Experience in Material Management
• Experience in managing and sourcing interior fitout suppliers.
• Good knowledge of the fitout suppliers & Subcontractors.
• Multitasking and ability to work with more than one project.
• Effective communication skills and technically sound.
• Good knowledge in Joinery details.
