Job Description
The ERP Software Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of enterprise software solutions by identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals. (Remote position)
Job Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP software products.
· Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
· Understand client needs and tailor ERP solutions to address their pain points.
· Conduct product demos and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with technical teams to align proposed solutions with client requirements.
· Develop strategies to position the ERP product effectively in target markets.
· Lead proposal presentations and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
· Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies.
· Support marketing efforts like campaigns, events, and webinars.
· Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
· Ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
· 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales in the ERP software or enterprise solutions domain.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B software or SaaS.
· Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or custom ERP platforms).
· Strong skills in lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and deal closing.
· Should be fluent in English & Arabic
· Should be based in the UAE on a Freelance Visa
