Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Epoxy & Microtopping Flooring Specialist to handle surface preparation, application, and finishing for flooring systems in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Job Description:
– Inspect and prepare surfaces for coating (e.g., grinding, cleaning, priming).
– Mix and match epoxy components and microtopping compounds as per specifications.
– Execute microtopping application (base coat, top coat, troweling, polishing).
– Ensure smooth, bubble-free, and even finishes as per design standards.
– Read and interpret floor plans and project drawings.
– Perform on-site quality checks to ensure adherence to project specs.
– Coordinate with site supervisors, architects, and clients.
