DIVISION MANAGER FOR TRADING DIVISION
(REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING PARTS)

Qatar’s leading and fastest growing MEP Contractor is hiring immediately a Division Manager, specializing in HVAC / Refrigeration parts and cold room products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in the HVAC/R industry.

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in sales of HVAC, refrigeration products, or related systems. Strong understanding of HVAC/R components, cold room systems, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding client networks. Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship-building skills, Ability to lead a team, strategize business growth, and manage key accounts.
• Promote and sell refrigeration & air conditioning parts to contractors, OEMs, and distributors. Drive sales of cold room products by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts. Provide technical expertise to clients, assisting in product selection and system solutions. Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.

Education:
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
