Position Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client portfolio. You will closely work with our sales lead to formulate and execute sales strategies, and foster strong client relationships. This role requires an experienced and dynamic sales individual who can collaborate effectively to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Smartifai products, aligning them with the company’s overall goals and vision.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets.

Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a strong client pipeline, proactively identifying and engaging potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs, using insights to shape sales strategies.

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Smartifai’s products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and campaign support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, demonstrating the unique value of Smartifai offerings.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to make data-driven decisions.

Client Feedback: Gather and act upon client feedback, using it to refine products, services, and client experiences.

Strategic Alliances: Identify and establish strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance sales opportunities.

Innovation: Encourage a culture of innovation within the sales team, exploring creative solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a successful sales individual, within the digital and/or AdTech industry.

· Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong time management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

· In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).

· Must be a Native Arabic speaker.
