📝 Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers—offering assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and professionalism of our brand.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
– Assist customers with product information, availability, and order status
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
– Collaborate with logistics and sales departments to ensure timely delivery and follow-ups
– Maintain accurate customer records and service logs
– Handle complaints efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
– Support showroom or online sales teams as needed

✅ Requirements:
– 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or support role
– Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Knowledge of modern furniture, interior design, or retail environments is a plus
– Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
