Job Description
A reputable company in Dubai is looking for a reliable and energetic Store Assistant to support daily store operations, maintain merchandise, and assist customers. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the organization and display of products on the shop floor.
Help customers with inquiries, product selection, and store navigation.
Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
Support the sales team in achieving store targets.
Track inventory and report shortages or discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
0–2 years of experience in retail or store operations (freshers are welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
