Job Description
The Counter Salesman is responsible for assisting walk-in customers in a fast-paced environment, understanding their requirements, processing orders, and providing the correct items in a timely and professional manner. This role involves handling customer inquiries at the counter, preparing invoices, performing accurate data entry, and maintaining proper filing and records.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day, be organized and detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure. A strong willingness to learn on the job is essential, as product knowledge and system processes will be developed through hands-on experience. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
