Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, manage cleaning staff, and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage cleaning staff on a daily basis
Assign tasks and monitor performance
Ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards
Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Manage cleaning supplies and report shortages
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Ability to work under pressure
