Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Combining strategic thinking with excellent interpersonal skills, you contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company. Your focus is on understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients/Partners, generate leads, and initiate contact to create a pipeline of sales opportunities.
2. Partner Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with Partners understanding their customer business needs, and presenting tailored solutions to address challenges and achieve their goals.
3. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and effective sales presentations, demonstrating the value and benefits of products or services to potential clients.
4. Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements, closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
6. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
7. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates, including forecasts and activity reports, to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements:
• Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role in the ELV field specifically in Time attendance, access control, and CCTV.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of products or services effectively.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
• Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address client challenges and objections.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales and CRM software tools to streamline sales processes.
