Job purpose
The primary function of the role is to develop business strategies for future growth of Company’s business by identifying and evaluating new market potential and business opportunities along with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, oversee customer account management.

Duties and responsibilities
Build a strategic marketing plan for B2B sales in Saas domain
Gather, assess and represent data about target market and customers in order to facilitate strategic development and feasibility studies.
Actively participates in sales calls, tradeshows, industry events and other opportunities to increase sales
Initiate new sales prospects and qualified leads and solicits potential clients
Effective application of business insights and possible opportunities, in order to achieve competitive business advantage on a long-term basis.
Works with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers.
Identifies, builds and maintains client relationships to maximize business opportunities within the existing client portfolio
Serve as a lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Qualifications
Education: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
Skills: Excellent communication skills
Characteristics: Go getter and leadership abilities

Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of the sales process
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to respond to clients in an efficient and accurate manner.
Strong business etiquette.

Experience
Proven 5+ years’ experience as Business Development Manager in Saas solution selling
