A leading hospitality telephone and guest-room technology manufacturer is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – ME & Africa, based in Dubai, to drive business growth across the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and expanding new Channels and business opportunities across Middle East & Africa
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel groups, developers, consultants, procurement teams, and key hospitality stakeholders
• Promoting our existing and upcoming product portfolio
• Identifying new projects, opportunities, and market segments
• Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets
• Contributing to the company’s continued growth and success in the hospitality industry

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel technology, or related industry
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Industry: Hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East & Africa as required
