Role Overview:

A leading Construction Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and securing new infrastructure projects across the UAE. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and the strategic foresight to drive long-term growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure and large-scale construction sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead bid strategy and proposal development for new projects.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and strategic growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities and company goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of business development experience in the construction industry, with a focus on infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s construction landscape and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record in winning large-scale projects and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
