Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Generate business leads internally and externally.
• Minimum target to be achieved: Four times of CTC in profits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients worldwide.
• Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/negotiate offered services.
• Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.
• Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
• Work cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration and service KPIs.
• Responsible for accounts receivable as well as providing all documentation needed for claims resolution.
Required Skills:
• At least 1 year of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write routine reports, letters, and documents.
