Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and attentive Bus Supervisor to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transportation. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining order, supporting passengers, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:
Supervise passengers during boarding, travel, and drop-off
Ensure safety rules are followed at all times
Assist passengers, especially children or those needing support
Maintain discipline and a calm environment on the bus
Communicate any issues or incidents to management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, patient, and attentive
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
