Job Description
• Will be responsible for maintaining and managing the community within the building or all areas of the property.
• To manage the employees in the building – coordinating schedules, enforcing all property policies, monitoring employee productivity.
• To assess maintenance and repairs needed in the entire building.
• Conducting preventive maintenance program in the entire building and the community within the property.
• Addressing complaints from residents within the building and resolve them as soon as possible.
• To enforce building security and safety policies, proper policy protocols and managing all emergency situation.
• Flexibility to answer to a range of work situations.
• Providing clear and complete documentation of all activities within the property and to report to Managers.
Knowledge of building management and engineering
Considerable knowledge of the occupational hazards and desirable safety precautions of the work.
Ability to delegate tasks and supervise the performance of others.
