Welcome and assist guests with luggage.
Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
Handle luggage safely and efficiently.
Assist guests with transportation and general requests.
Maintain a professional and friendly appearance.
Support the front office and concierge team when required.
Requirements:
Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic English required; additional languages are an advantage.
