Job description
· Preparing the food as per Red Shrimp’s guidelines & standards

· Maintaining food safety & hygiene and compliance with local authority requirements

· Staff briefing & training

· Acknowledgement of materials received

· Maintain stock inventory

· Initiate material requisition

· Initiation & monitoring of maintenance request

· Coordination with Procurement Department of deliverable items

· Coordination of staff management

· Research and Development of new items
