 About the Role

Aras Group is seeking an experienced Air Compressor Service Technician to support our Medical & Industrial air compressor service operations across the UAE.

In this field-based position, you will perform hands-on servicing, troubleshooting, and overhauling of Atlas Copco, Worthington, and other major brands of oil-injected and oil-free air compressors, refrigerant and desiccant air dryers, air ends, and related equipment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Field Service & Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, and overhauling of oil-injected and oil-free air compressors, desiccant/refrigerant air dryers, and air ends.
• Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical/technical faults quickly and execute effective repairs to prevent repeat work.
• Efficiency & Quality: Complete field service assignments within allocated hours while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare accurate, detailed service reports and maintain proactive communication with both customers and internal team members.
• Customer Care: Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service while collaborating seamlessly with the broader service team.

 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air compressors and air-drying systems.
• Education: Technical Certificate, Diploma, or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics).
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with Atlas Copco, Worthington, or similar top-tier compressor brands.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic ability, effective communication skills, and field service adaptiveness.
