Job Description
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations (calls, emails, appointments, file management)
Travel, visa and hotel arrangement
Handles exhibitions set up
Handles office supplies, utility bills & etc.
Prepare property listings, forms, and contracts
Assist with scheduling property showings and client meetings
Maintain and update CRM databases and document systems
Create visually appealing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage, digital ads)
Design listing presentations, proposals, and promotional packages
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Support the sales team with lead generation strategies
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a real estate environment.
Proficiency in graphic design tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter attitude
