We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented —ADMINISTRATIVE FEMALE candidate— to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excellent in Communication, and fluent in English language.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, handling phone calls and emails)
2. Manage calls and inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department without delay.
3. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and inviting manner, reflecting the company’s professionalism and attention to detail.
4. Schedule appointments and ensuring smooth operations.
5. Maintaining office systems
6. Typing up letters, reports, quotation etc.
Requirements
1. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage for diverse customer interactions.
2. Strong technical skills, including familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office) and multi-line phone systems.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with guests and staff alike.
