Job Description
We are a growing technical maintenance company looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
🗂️ Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks
Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
Manage emails, calls, and scheduling
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably in maintenance or technical services)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of basic accounting is an advantage
