Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and experience with financial audits.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, corporate tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.

Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the HR department.

Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure all documentation is provided.

Support the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

Liaise with banks and financial institutions for business transactions and relationship management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, ACCA preferred).

Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.

Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws, corporate tax, and IFRS.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
Experience in banking, trading, or service industry sectors.

Familiarity with UAE free zone and mainland financial compliance.

Arabic language skills are a plus.
