Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, financial transactions, and daily office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Maintain accurate and organized financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements
Perform data entry and maintain databases for various financial and administrative purposes
Process employee payroll and maintain relevant payroll records
Support the preparation and submission of financial reports as required
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
Coordinate and organize company meetings
Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Provide financial insights to assist in decision-making
