Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role includes preparing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various teams to optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities
– Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes.
– Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
– Maintain accurate records for real estate assets, liabilities, and transactions.
– Preparation of tenancy contracts, Raising of invoice, Collection of rent from the tenants.
– Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
Requirements
– Familiarity with financial accounting statements
– Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant.
– Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
