The Technician will be responsible for A/C Maintenance Cum Small Electrical works, cum small plumbing jobs. The Purpose to hire is company wants to build up a qualified team of technicians to cater to the growing maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Do A/C maintenance and repair (cleaning, gas check, fixing problems in units).
• Check and repair A/C parts like compressor, thermostat, wiring, and airflow.
• Do small electrical works like fixing lights, switches, sockets, and breakers.
• Find and repair small electrical problems in lights and power.
• Do basic wiring work when required.
• Do small plumbing works like fixing leakage, replacing taps, shower, shattaf and basic sanitary works.
• Attend complaints and repair work on time.
• Do regular checking to avoid big problems.
• Follow safety rules while working.
• Keep tools safe and in good condition.
• Work with team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Keep the work area clean after finishing the job.
Requirements:
• We do not require any technical degree. But if any, it will be big advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of A/C, Electrical, plumbing and sanitary works.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints
• Proficiency in electrical testing tools
Skills:
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Hardworking and disciplined
Work Location:
On-site work across company facilities and project locations
Work Conditions:
• Exposure to electrical systems; strict adherence to safety rules is mandatory
• Flexibility to work shifts or extended hours if required
