About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented 3D animation designer to join our growing team and help shape the animated content we create for our clients. In this position, we’ll rely on you to turn concepts, storyboards, and design briefs into smooth, polished 3D animations that communicate clearly and leave a lasting impression. You’ll work closely with our creative team and clients to make sure every project reflects strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation, modeling, and rendering work
Proven experience in 3D animation, ideally 2+ years in an agency or studio setting
Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar software
Working knowledge of After Effects or similar tools for compositing and motion graphics
Solid understanding of lighting, texturing, camera movement, and timing
Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Create polished 3D animations for marketing, explainer, product, and architectural projects
Turn storyboards, sketches, and briefs into clear, visually compelling animated sequences
Manage modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering to achieve high-quality results
Collaborate closely with clients and our creative team from brief to final delivery
Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across every project
Stay updated on animation trends, software, and best practices
